Loren Gill is the Founder and CEO of LD2G Enterprises, LLC, leading multiple businesses including hospitality & gaming consulting and advisory services. Prior to launching his own enterprises, Gill served as Chief Executive Officer for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and spent 25 years in the gaming and hospitality industry.

Kent is a seasoned entrepreneur and respected leader in the gaming industry, having held senior executive roles at Aristocrat, Aruze, and the Bragg Gaming Group. He founded and sold two gaming technology companies, True Blue Gaming and Spin Games, and specializes in strategy development and operational excellence.

Jeffrey is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience nurturing startups in gaming and fintech. He built and launched global gaming businesses for DraftKings, PokerStars, and the World Poker Tour, and was the first hire for DraftKings in Europe and Australia.

Metta World Peace, a former NBA Champion turned entrepreneur, is dedicated to empowering businesses and startups through innovation. During his 19-year NBA career, Metta earned accolades including Defensive Player of the Year and NBA All-Star. He is both a strategic advisor and an investor in Sparket.

Recognized as a "Prolific Inventor" by the USPTO, Tony has held key roles at Scientific Games, IGT, PayNearMe, and InComm, where he served as VP of Alternative Payments for Gaming. He specializes in online sportsbooks, casinos, and lottery solutions with deep knowledge of payment technologies.

Haig brings over 20 years of expertise in the iGaming industry across Poker, Sports Betting, Casino, and Free-to-Play sectors. As VP at Incline Gaming Marketing, he leads Partner Success and Business Development across the Americas. His experience spans 24+ retail and online sportsbook launches in the U.S.

Marcus has top executive-level experience including Chief Commercial Officer for a gaming technology company and COO and co-founder of a social media startup. He has expertise in leading companies into new global markets, driving corporate revenue, building strategic alliances, and innovating marketing and product campaigns.

Kunal brings his expertise in strategy and growth to Sparket, leveraging years of experience in operational excellence and leadership. With a proven track record in scaling businesses and driving innovation, Kunal provides invaluable insights to guide Sparket's vision.

Dustin brings a wealth of experience in journalism, marketing, and content strategy. With a career spanning executive leadership, writing, editing, and design, he is a trusted consultant in the gambling and content industries. He is also the creator of The Closing Line, a daily newsletter analyzing the evolving world of gaming.

Scott brings decades of leadership to Sparket. Formerly President of Gulfstream Park and The Casino at Dania Beach, and COO of Magic City Casino for 16 years, he currently leads operations for the World Jai Alai League and was Executive Producer of the award-winning documentary Magic City Hustle.

Will brings over two decades of expertise in the iGaming and casino industry. He founded Level Media, a premier iGaming design and marketing agency servicing brands like Wynn, Hard Rock, Pechanga, and Mohegan Sun, and has overseen landmark launches including ResortsCasino.com.

Sally is a Tasmanian-born Australian native who landed in Las Vegas over two decades ago. She has built an abundant network of trusted business relationships and mastered gaming technology sales during corporate tenures with gaming giants such as IGT and Konami. She owns and operates two businesses and serves on the Sparket Advisory Board for Business Development.

Adam is the creator and host of Thirty Minute Mentors, a top-rated business and leadership podcast featuring Fortune 500 CEOs, household-name founders, Hall of Fame athletes, and four-star generals. He has interviewed more than 500 of America's top leaders and teaches graduate-level leadership at UCLA. His writing has appeared in Forbes, Inc., and HuffPost across more than 70 published articles.

Monica is passionate about excellent customer service and leading teams by example. Approachable and positive, she strives to help hard-working professionals excel in all their endeavors and lead teams in a productive direction.

With a proven track record of guiding companies through market entry, product development, and growth strategies, Victor has worked across market research, content management, sponsorship acquisition, and localized product development. He has a deep understanding of the North American iGaming market.

Jordan is a dynamic executive and founder with 20+ years of experience as CEO, COO, Chief Business Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer across the sports betting, fantasy sports, music, and legal industries. He has been part of founding teams for multiple startups and specializes in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing innovative revenue models in complex markets.

Tory has been involved in the revenue generation process for 8+ years across many roles in commercial development and a variety of industries. He has a proven track record of generating revenue for companies and adding long-term value. He studied sports management and business at James Madison University.

Sophia is Sparket's resident expert on all things Customer Success and Client Relationship-based. With expertise in industries ranging from travel and tourism, to weddings, and even healthcare, Sophia's broad experience allows her to adapt to any client's needs. Her tenacity and zeal for her craft, partnered with her vivacious personality have allowed her to succeed in growing accounts while forming real and lasting connections with her clients and customers.

Alex is a senior software engineer based out of Puyallup Washington. Alex has been in software development for over 7 years with full stack experience and an expertise in Javascript React. He is passionate about the Sparket mission, helping build it from scratch from an idea to a platform that has served major partners.

Cisco is a veteran of the silicon beach start-up scene, working on the technical side of start-ups since 2010. Cisco loves solving problems and circumscribing his architecture with the reactive manifesto. He previously worked at Docstoc, which he helped build into a company that was acquired by Intuit.

Robin is a serial entrepreneur, startup investor, and philanthropist. His career includes founding Lexi International Teleservices, founding president and board member of MP3.com, CEO of Vivendi Universal Net USA, and founding six other companies. Stacie is a visionary leader and founder of PYT Funds, a DC-based FinTech startup revolutionizing student loan debt through crowdfunding. With over 13 years in finance and banking, she was named one of "17 Young Women of Color Breaking Barriers in STEM" and is a distinguished TEDx speaker.

John was one of Sparket's initial advisors. As Director of Marketing at Kentucky Downs, he has experience improving casino marketing, operations, guest service, and incremental revenue. He has more than 15 years of Las Vegas, Tribal, destination, and local property experience.
